“This last week, we lost one of the great preachers of all time, Dr. Billy Graham. But, I have to tell you a great story: Years ago, one of my classmates took a small church in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia.  It was summertime, in fact it was August, and he figured a lot of people were going to be on vacation.  So, he confessed he didn’t work on the sermon at all that week, not until Saturday night- late.  On Sunday morning, he climbed into his lofty pulpit and figured ‘no one will be here, no one will notice’.  And then he looked down on the front row and nearly died. There sitting on the front row was Dr. Billy Graham and one of his daughters.

1 Peter 3:15 says, Always be ready to give an explanation of your HOPE.”
