I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of this weather.  Only in Ohio can you wake up to snow the day after Easter, then have tornado warnings, torrential rains, winds up to 40 miles an hour….I’m ready for spring, are you? But don’t forget to say thank you to God when it comes.

Years ago, there was a woman who was an atheist, and after a long, hard winter she went to see a friend in the country, and she woke up to a glorious spring morning.  She walked out to the back patio and the flowers were blooming, the trees were blooming, the sun was shining, everything was green.  As she stood there with her friend, she said, “I’m so thankful.” And her friend said, “Thankful to whom, my dear?”

So, as we go through life asking God for one thing after another, don’t forget to thank Him.
