In about a week and a half it will be Good Friday, and here in Hamilton we observe Good Friday with the “Way of the Cross” with hundreds of people and churches coming together.

Years ago, there was a doctor on a treadmill watching television, and he was listening to a minister preach and talking about something called laminin.  Laminin is the adhesive that holds all of our cells together. But what is even more amazing is that laminin is in the shape of a cross.

So, when you think about it, millions of crosses are holding millions of your cells together.

Colossians 1:17 says in Jesus Christ all things are held together.  Remember the cross of this Good Friday.
