Dear Presby Family,
It’s time for a new church directory!
We are excited to begin work on an updated pictorial directory for The Presbyterian Church of Hamilton. A church directory is more than a list of names and phone numbers. It helps us put names with faces, connect with one another, and strengthen our church family.
We are asking every household to schedule a photography appointment and be included in the directory, even if you do not plan to purchase family portraits. We want our new directory to truly represent our entire Presby family!
Photography appointments will be available:
- Tuesday, November 3: 3:00 to 8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 4: 2:00 to 8:30 p.m.
- Thursday, November 5: 2:00 to 8:30 p.m.
- Friday, November 6: 2:00 to 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, November 7: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
How to Schedule Your Appointment
You have two ways to sign up:
1. Sign up online
Visit ucdir.com and use:

Online scheduling will open Monday, September 21.
2. Sign up at church
Beginning Sunday, September 20, signup sheets will be available at church. Simply choose an available appointment time that works for your family.
Please Check Your Contact Information
Over the next couple of weeks, you will also see a DRAFT directory listing with names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Please take a moment to review your household information:
If everything is correct: Place a check mark beside your information.
If something needs to be changed: Write the correction directly on the draft.
If you do NOT want your contact information printed in the church directory: Draw a large X through your information or email Meg Brown to let us know.
Even in a world of cell phones and online connections, having an updated church directory is a wonderful way for our congregation to stay connected. We hope every Presby household will participate and help us make this directory complete!
