Beginning Wednesday, January 22, 2025, Pastor John and Chef William will bring Food for Thought in the Mix & Mingle Room at 6:00 p.m. Pastor John will discuss the last and upcoming Sunday sermons to generate conversation and ideas. Chef William will prepare a $3 meal.

Lent Ladies Bible Study - The Promise and Power of Easter
Join Christine Caine and Lisa Harper in a transformative study that goes beyond tradition. Walk with them through four weeks of the Lenten season, taking in the details of Jesus’ life, the agony of His death, and the overwhelming joy of His resurrection.

Community Easter Egg Hunt at Marcum Park
The Presby will hold the Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt at Marcum Park on April 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. To promote a safe experience, several age-appropriate zones will be available. Please bring your children and their baskets!
In the meantime, we need your help filling 7,000 Easter Eggs. Please consider donating individually wrapped candies. If you’d like an opportunity to be more hands-on, volunteers are needed to set out the eggs on the day of the event. We will stuff eggs on March 28 and April 4 at 10:00 a.m. We hope you can join us for some Easter fun!
Maundy Thursday Service
Maundy Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the Front Street Sanctuary. The Presby will have a Tenebrae Service to remember Jesus’ last meal and communion with His disciples. Our choir will present “It is Finished.” Please plan to join us for this meaningful service and invite others to come with you.
Good Friday's Way of the Cross
(Way of the Cross) This community event will be held indoors this year, on April 18, 2025, at noon in the Front St. Sanctuary. Volunteers are needed to make it successful. If you want to volunteer, please contact the office. We could use your help!
Easter Sunday Services
- The COMMUNITY EASTER SUNRISE WORSHIP SERVICE is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on April 20, 2025, at Marcum Park, located at the corner of 2nd Street and Buckeye Street, near the fountain and the heart-shaped “M” sculpture. Please bring your chairs and blankets. This location has changed due to the construction of the RiverEdge Amphitheater. In the event of inclement weather, the service will be moved to the Court Street Worship Center.
- TRADITIONAL EASTER WORSHIP SERVICE is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. in the Front Street Sanctuary on April 20, 2025.
- CONTEMPORARY EASTER WORSHIP SERVICE is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on April 20, 2025, in the Court Street Sanctuary.
