Dear Friends,  

Hello everyone. I hope that everyone is managing well. We continue to make strides in developing a re-entry plan. Last week, we sent a letter to our congregation and friends, giving everyone a snapshot of what to expect when we do return to in-person worship. If you did not receive this letter in the mail, please let us know, and we will be glad to send you a copy. The Sub-Committee on resuming worship meets on Monday morning to review the information and discuss our next steps. We look forward to the day when we can worship in-person. Stay safe! Stay healthy!

ONLINE WORSHIP TIMES THIS WEEK: We will continue to stream our services on Facebook and our website. The Traditional Worship Service will be aired live on Facebook at 9:30 a.m., and the Praise Worship Service will be broadcasted at 10:45 a.m. Both services can be found on our Facebook video page at www.facebook.com/pg/thepresbyofhamilton/videos or by clicking on our “Sermons” icon on our website at www.thepresby.org.

 **We have some reminders and new information to share with you this week**

4th OF JULY PARADE AT WESTOVER & BERKELEY SQUARE: Are you ready for some more social distancing fun? Do you want to make someone’s day extra special? Join us on Saturday, July 4, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., at the AMC Theater, 1453 Main St., Hamilton, to line up and decorate your car as needed. Bring your car decorations. The parade begins at Westover Retirement Community, 855 Stahlheber Rd., Hamilton, at 10:00 a.m. Next, the parade continues at Berkeley Square Retirement Community at roughly 11:00 a.m. depending on traffic and the number of cars in the parade. Then plan to join us back at the church for social distancing ice cream. WE NEED YOUR RSVPs NOW!  There are two RSVPs to this event.  

• If you would like to be part of the car parade and have not registered yet, please call the church office, 513-867-5411 or email and register now.
• If you plan to return to the church for ice cream, please let us know that as well.

INDEPENDENCE DAY: The church office will be closed on Monday, July 6, 2020, in observance of Independence Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.

ZOOM BIBLE STUDY: It’s not too late to join! Our study continues on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. This study is open to men and women and will conclude on July 22, 2020. We will be using Max Lucado’s study, Anxious for Nothing, Finding Calm in a Chaotic World. Members of The Presbyterian Church staff will be facilitating this study. If you would like to join us, please email info@thepresby or call the office, 513-867-5411, to let us know if you want to be part of this exciting new option. Registration is required. We will need to email you the Zoom meeting specifics for you to join us.  You may purchase your study guide on Amazon.com.

RETURN TO WORSHIP INFORMATION: We will begin sharing details of what to expect when you return to in-person worship beginning next week in our Blitz email. We hope that this will help make the transition to Phase II in-person worship go more smoothly.
