Dear Friends,

Hello.  We hope that you are doing well. We are happy to share that we have received 32 responses to our mailing. It has been great hearing from you. Your words help us to be better and work harder. They encourage us! If you have not sent in your response, please do so now. We’d love to hear from you! In the mailing, we asked what has been your greatest challenge during the pandemic? And asked if there was anything we can do to help? You are welcome to return your answers by mailing them in the self-address stamped envelope that was included, email ( ,) or by calling the office (513-867-5411.)

We’ve heard that many of you are reaching out to your neighbors, friends, and church family. Keep up the excellent work! We can get through these challenging times together, connected, and stronger. If you need a church directory, please call the church office, and we will be happy to provide you one.

PLANNING FOR OUR FUTURE AT THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH: Over the last several months, church leadership has been planning our way forward. We wanted to share with you some of the insights as we move forward with a Consultant Project. In the past, we have utilized consultants to help steer our church through other challenging times. The last two consultations that our church participated in was in 1997 and 2008. Session has approved the hiring of a consultant to help guide the church in 2020/2021 and into the future. We have risen to the challenges of previous years and genuinely feel that we can rise to the new challenges that we now face. Please be in prayer for the exciting opportunities in our church’s future to share the love of God will all. If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to email them to , and they will be forwarded to Greg Eyler or the appropriate person to answer your question.

RETURN TO WORSHIP INFORMATION: Over the last five week’s we have covered just over a dozen return to Phase II worship expectations. The last few items we would like to share with you when the date to return has been announced. The topics include the wearing of masks and protocols for attending worship. These items change daily, and we want to give correct and precise information to eliminate any potential confusion. When you return, the expectations for Phase II worship will be displayed to help remind all of us so we can worship safely together. Hang in there; we are closer than we were 20+ weeks ago.

CLERK OF SESSION: Attached is a flyer celebrating 164 years of Presbyterian worship in Colombia from the Presbytery.

Please know that we miss you, and you are in our prayers. Thank you for your continued support during this challenging time. This week we found a picture on Facebook, and we wanted to share with you what it says. “Maybe when social distancing is a thing of the past, we’ll hug a little harder, hold on a little longer, and remember that nothing matters more than the time we spend with the people we love.” ~ Lori Deschene. We hope that this encourages and strengthens you through the coming week.  We are united in Christ!. Stay safe! Stay healthy!
